About Tribune Tower Puzzle
We are proud to present the Tribune Tower puzzle among our first releases. The iconic beauty of the tower and surrounding buildings in the light of dusk shows off urban Oakland at its best. The colors in the pieces are stunning and we loved putting this one together. The graphic shapes and textures in the buildings along with the sky gradients mean the just-right mix of fun and challenge.
The 22-story Tribune Building and Tower is located at 409 - 13th Street. The six-story building (designed by D. Franklin Oliver) was built in 1906 and the tower (designed by Edward T. Foulkes) was later added in the 1920s. The tower was inspired by the campanile of Saint Mark’s Basilica in Venice, Italy. (source Wikipedia)
