Our showroom and factory store is the home of our full puzzle collection, puzzles featuring local artists and brands, exclusive in‑store finds, and puzzle accessories. We do not accept cash.

Puzzles for ages 1+

This is where spatial reasoning begins! In addition to early childhood puzzles, games, and STEM toys, we have floor and tabletop jigsaw puzzles with piece counts of 24-2000 in stock. We also carry Cobble Hill's family-cut puzzles, which are cut in 3 distinct sections with small, medium and large pieces.

About Oakland Puzzle Company

A pair of arms engaged in manufacturing a jigsaw puzzleOakland Puzzle Company is a mission‑driven, sibling‑owned jigsaw puzzle brand focused on thoughtful design, fair licensing, and ethical production. Our 300‑ and 500‑piece puzzles are handmade in our small factory, and we work closely with artists to turn their work into puzzles people love to spend time with.Our retail store is an extension of that mission — a place to slow down, discover new art, and reconnect with the simple joy of puzzling.

Location

Transit: We’re a 15 minutes walk from the Lake Merritt BART station, and the 62 bus is one block away.Driving: We are close to the 5th Avenue and Jackson Street exits of 880. Street parking is available nearby, but impacted in the immediate neighborhood on Thursdays and Fridays 12:30-3:30 due to street sweeping. Please look for signs. There is typically parking available one block away on 5th Avenue. Do not leave any  bags or valuables in your vehicle, especially electronic devices that give a bluetooth signal.
