Afrofuturist Series by Paul Lewin

Paul Lewin paints Afrofuturism through Caribbean folklore: ancestral figures, hummingbirds, mushrooms, and orbs that hold whole forests. Born in Jamaica and based in Oakland, Paul built his painting career in the Bay Area, including three solo shows at Oakland's Betti Ono Gallery. He has painted four Octavia Butler book covers and been nominated for both the Hugo Award and the World Fantasy Award.

This series turns four of his paintings into jigsaw puzzles: Mushroom Mother of Us All (1000 pieces), Kianga, Hummingbird Spirit, and Microcosm (500 pieces each). A strong gift for sci-fi readers, collectors of Black artists' work, and anyone who wants a puzzle with more to look at than a landscape.

Paul has an active retail presence on his website and can be found on Instagram.
