After a year of making puzzles, we've learned a lot about the process and are able to start making some tweaks to improve our products. We hope you notice fewer bulges on the pieces and a tighter fit.
We've gotten a lot of feedback about our packaging, both positive and negative and it is on our wish list to figure out local sourcing for a sturdier box.
One change that we knew we could implement immediately was a more matte finish to our pieces. Without changing the print quality or the durability, we've changed the finish from eggshell to matte for less glare and an even better puzzling experience. It will take some time to incorporate the change into the rest of our inventory, but as we re-print, we will be opting for the matte finish.
