Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We primarily ship via USPS. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $90.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Priority: 2–3 business days

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are not able to predict or control these fees.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing Deliveries

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, first check with neighbors and around your porch. Contact your local post office and asks them to check the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. The carrier can often tell exactly which porch it went to. If this is not successful, please let us know and we will file a claim for the missing shipment.

Other Delivery Issues

Occasionally a carrier will mark a package as "incomplete address" or return it to us even when the address you entered is correct. If you see a status like this in your tracking, or anything else that looks off, contact the carrier right away and let us know too. These errors can usually be corrected if they're caught quickly, and we're happy to help get your package back on track. 

Damaged Products

  • The Damaged Item: Close-up photos of the broken or damaged product.
  • Internal Packaging: A photo showing how the item was wrapped, including the placement of all cushioning and inserts inside the box.
  • External Packaging x 3: Two photos that each show 3 sides of the shipping box and together show all sides. Plus a photo of the shipping box seal.
  • Shipping Label: A shot that shows the shipping label showing the tracking number clearly.
