FAQ's
Please see our How We Work page for art submissions and organizational requests.
Do you sell puzzles with more or less pieces than 500?
We only sell 500-piece puzzles currently. We have plans to bring 300-piece and 1000-piece puzzles to market in 2025.
I chose factory pickup for my order. When can I pick it up?
Please schedule a time by texting Dave at (510) 934-5775, as we are unable to guarantee our presence at the factory. We will do our best to accommodate your request or offer alternatives. If you want to come in for a tour, please let us know ahead of time. Look for our doorbell at 527 E 10th.
I pre-ordered a puzzle. When will I get it?
Please check the product page for updates on the estimated release date of your pre-ordered product. We aim to deliver pre-orders within 30 days of the order date, but it may vary if there are delays or a high volume of orders. Feel free to contact us with questions at info@oaklandpuzzle.com.
Do you offer tours?
Yes, we love having visitors at our workshop. We work in about 850 square feet, so group sizes are limited. To make arrangements to visit, please email dave@oaklandpuzzle.com
Do you donate puzzles?
No, but we do have a school and community giveback program. Members of your group can earn 10% back on any purchases made through an affiliate link. Please email info@oaklandpuzzle.com for more information.
Do you offer replacement pieces?
Yes! We will replace pieces of your puzzle for any reason as long as it is a puzzle that we are still producing. Because the puzzles are handmade and because we are moving to a matte finish, there may be some variations from the original piece.
Please send your mailing address and two photos 1) the whole puzzle with the missing piece marked and 2) a close up of the missing piece and surrounding pieces to info@oaklandpuzzle.com
Will you pop up at my event?
We love vending at all kinds of events and will consider popping up at events June-December with estimated traffic of 500+.
Can you make a fundraiser puzzle for my group? Do you make custom puzzles?
Maybe. Please read more here.
