In Hilary's words:

A sparkling day on the California coast yields many moments of magic. The imagery and experiences from a hike at Año Nuevo were the perfect inspiration that came together to create this piece. The flowers were full of color and whimsy, the air was filled with a crisp lightness, and the mix of sand and a charming wooden bridge under my feet were all moments I selected from the day. Looking at this painting, I am transported back to this beautiful place, and I feel the joy.

This piece is a one-of-a-kind original painting with silk screening and hand painting, measuring 48" x 36".
