About the Foundation
Founded in 2006, the UFW Foundation is a nonprofit organization that advocates for farm workers across the United States while providing educational outreach and critical services, such as immigration legal services, to low-income rural communities. Historically, farm workers have been economically marginalized and vulnerable due to dangerous working conditions and limited access to social, health and legal resources all the while being essential workers and the backbone of our nation’s food system.
Sales directly benefit UFW Foundation to aid their mission to mobilize farm workers nationwide to advocate for more equitable policies, such as immigration reform, pesticide protections, heat standards, hazard pay, and other workplace protections. UFW Foundation also supports outreach and advocacy efforts and provides direct resources, aid, and relief to affected individuals and communities.
