About the Artist: Tim Holmes

Tim Holmes is a San Leandro-based photographer, community builder, and lifelong storyteller. He began taking photos at age 12 in rural Pennsylvania and has since built a life around creative expression and civic engagement.

With a background spanning roles from Apple Evangelist to Zocalo Coffeehouse founder, Tim blends his love for architecture, history, and justice into everything he creates. His puzzle work brings history into homes in an engaging, approachable format, encouraging deeper connections to the people and places that shape our cities.

Tim is proudly lawful, good, anti-fascist, pro-trans rights, and fueled by curiosity, compassion, and coffee.
