The 18th Annual Oaktoberfest in the Dimond, Oakland’s family friendly craft beer festival returns to Oakland on Saturday and Sunday, October 4th and 5th and it’s admission free! 

Spanning an entire weekend of FUN, Oaktoberfest boats over 200+ craft beers from 50+ local breweries, five stages of music and dance, a traditional Bavarian Hall, family friendly activities along our Head-Royce School Family Strasse (including a special day with Habitot on Sunday, Oct 5th!), intergenerational performances at our Supervisor Nate Miley Family Stage, About the Music’s “Dancing in the Dimond” on Saturday and a “Queen of Turf Inc” Dance Competition on Sunday plus SO MUCH MORE!

    The Lafayette Art and Wine Festival is the largest event in Lamorinda and one of the five biggest outdoor festivals in Contra Costa County. Over 85,000 attended in 2024, strolling among hundreds of stalls of art and handmade crafts, sampling foods from top local restaurants and food trucks, and enjoying quality wines and microbrews. The event features four stages with continuous music and four kid zones! Admission, parking and bike parking/valet are free!
