Answers to All Your Questions

A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but we provide tracking so you can follow your puzzle every step of the way.
A: Please schedule a time by texting Dave at (510) 934-5775, as we are unable to guarantee our presence at the factory. We will do our best to accommodate your request or offer alternatives.
A: Each puzzle comes in a set piece count, either 300, 500, or 1000 pieces, thoughtfully chosen to match the design and challenge. The piece count is predetermined for each puzzle to ensure the best experience.
A: Yes, you can send puzzles to different addresses; however, each shipping destination requires a separate order. At checkout, you’ll be able to enter the shipping address for that specific order. If you’re sending puzzles as gifts, simply place one order per recipient.
